That's what Charles Schumer said regarding what he admitted are pork projects in this ridiculous spending bill that Congress is in the process of passing (or shoving down our throats depending on how you feel about it). I don't care who you are or what your political leanings are, I can't imagine how disconnected from reality someone would have to be to make that statement about items with price tags between tens of millions and the low billions. Yes, you read that right - the tiny, porky projects he refers to vary in size from 8-figures to 10-figures.
